Today is my first day to attend music class. Me and the other students choose the instrument that we are interested to study to, and I have chosen flute to study in music class. For the next session I will bring the complete materials that I need for music class and I will do a research about classical vs popular music for my assessment task due for next 3 weeks.

Today I learned about major scales like C,G,E,A,B,D. I understand what makes them different from each other, it is the interval. Interval means the distance between the notes and I also discuss about the assessments that I will do on February like singing popular music, essay writings, and power point presentation. I will do my research about the music and the material for my essay.

Today my teacher reminds me about my assessment tasks and about my reflections that I have to re-write it in the blog that we make ourself. today is also my first instrument class and learned how to blow the flute so it will create a good sound and I can do it sometimes and sometimes not because I just learned it today but I will do more practice so that I can do it better. I will prepare 1 popular music for my rehearsal assessment and I will prepare materials for my slide presentation with my group about popular music vs classical music due on March.

Today me and my friends are recapping about the classical music, and it's types, i have read a little information from the handout my teacher had gave me, and I have rehearse my song I'm will sing, I will practice to sing my song and try to memorize it.

Today me and the class is given handout about the resources where we can visit to do my writing essay task and the examples of the introduction with the tittle. Then I listen to my friend rehearsed their song and in the practical class, I practice to sing my song again then I will search the background song that has no vocal in it.

Today in theory class I did my group slide presentation about classical vs. pop music for 8 to minutes and in the presentation I explained and give examples of the popular composers and classical music that still exist until today. After i'm done with my group presentation, I watched my classmate's group presentation. i will practice to play my flute in presentation for my assessment task (play classical music with the instrument I have chosen)

Today my teacher checked my homework about trite chord, I learned to put the sharp (key signature) and the class is recapping the inversion trite chord again, then I watch y friend play their instrument for the preparation of the assessment task for the next 2 weeks, I will choose a song and learn to play it on my flute for my assessment task.

Today me and my class rehearse the classical music I play for the assessment task, the piano class play many types of classical music and I played amazing grace for my assessment task, the guitar class also played many types. I will try to memorize the chord and practice to blow again.

this is my first practice when I joined flute. I think it sounds better that the first time because I practiced lot to blow my flute and now when I play the song it sounds smoother than the frost time. I will practice Amazing Grace for my classical performance and I will memorize it so it will go smooth and so I can get higher marks.

Today I learned about major 7th, minor 7th, diminished 7th, and recapping about triad, mad watched rest of my friends who didn't have time to rehearse last session. I will learn my flute and memorize my song for my task.

Today I had my little quiz about scale, minor, triad, and history quiz. then my teacher showed me my score for my singing assessment and videos of people practicing at home from their blog. I will practice more of the triad because i didn't really get it yet.

Today me and my class is recapping about inversion and my teacher asked the piano student to give example on how to play it on the summary reflection booklet that I have to complete on Friday. Today my teacher gave me a game about a notation so we have to call the name and clap. I have chosen my 2 friends to finish the song. then my teacher teach how to compare gave a paper to compose my music. I will done my music composition for next week.

Today I submitted my homework about labeling an instrument and notations. then we recapped with the class so we can know better. After that my teacher show my friend's work on finale and teach the class how to do finale and told us where we can have the software. then we have a group of 3 to play notation with drums and complete them. I will download a software to do my music composition.

Today my teacher asked me to copy my draft (melody) of music composition to my music book. My teacher told the class that we will have singing assessment of indonesian song (Indonesia Pusaka) and western song (you've got a fried) on group. I will practice the songs and copy my melody to finale, but before that I will download the software first.

Today my teacher asked the class to copy the lyrics of Indonesia Pusaka and distributed the lyrics of you've got a friend. these are the songs that I will sing for my singing task. then my teacher and the class practice to sing Indonesia Pusaka and the vocal teacher gave us feedback. I will practice the song at home with my partner.

Today I only watched all of myself song Indonesia Pusaka. I also performed. I think I will not get a really good score because I forgot 1 line of the song, but I think I sang it in the right pitch. I will print my melody work that I did to mr.Herry (from finale) and practice singing with my (you've got a friend) and also study the notation for my quiz.

Today my teacher showed my the video people playing orchestra "super mario bross" and many more with lots of type of instruments like violin, woodwind, cello, piano, and many more. then I watched my the rest of my friends sang you've got a friend and play their own music composition with their instrument.

Today I watched my friends play their composition from every instruments. I also played my complete composition again. I think I can play my composition I just need more practice on the beat because it's all the same. I will practice more on my composition because the assessment will be next week.
